Together we make a training schedule that suits your week and the hours you have available. Every 4 or 5 weeks we make a new schedule and we have the option to adjust the schedule.

Or maybe you’re struggling a bit with fitting in your strength training? We can also help you with that. We provide a good and solid schedule towards your matches that you can rely on, that is flexible and can be adjusted if necessary. In addition, you can always contact us with questions. We are, as it were, your helping hand.
